How to Slow or Stop Ageing With This #1 Anti-Ageing Secret.

You may not have heard of “entropy”.

Most people probably haven’t.

Yet you should know and understand the effect of entropy on the ageing process.

More important.

You need to know how you can stop – or delay – the effect of entopy on your mind and body.

Ageing is too important not to understand this.

At any age.

What is entropy?

It’s Newton’s Second Law of Thermodynamics.

That everything rises and falls.

Into chaos.

Disarray.

Rust.

Age.

Ashes to ashes.

The Roman Empire rose and fell.

Pop groups come and go.

Ghost towns once were thriving communities.

Abandoned, weeds grow and buildings fall apart.

Same with our physical bodies.

We need to take care of them so they don’t fall into entropy for as long as possible.

Don’t become like an abandoned building.

Same with our minds.

You need to keep your mind active for as long as possible.

That’s my number one secret of delaying your age.

Entropy.

One key is to feed your mind with positive creative thoughts.

Leading to positive creative activity.

Even after your body has given up.

Here’s a link to help you with your most creative, positive thoughts.

To stimulate ideas of your mind to keep entropy at bay.

Remember, entropy is your number one enemy of ageing.

At any age.

Don’t accept your true age as a number, a statistic of when you were born.

Your real age is the time you can keep entropy away.

Away from both your body and your mind.

I wish you a long and happy, long life.

I am the Smith.

I am the author.

Why ‘the Smith’?

The smiths were the crafters, the metal smiths, the blacksmiths, the makers of Medieval Britain a thousand years ago.

I am the wordsmith.

I’ve written and self-published 8 autobiographical books.

This smith has lived everywhere.

Over 50 dwellings have been my home.

An ancient aboriginal corroboree ground in a wilderness area known as Fairy Hills where the creek met the river was my first memory of life.

And only a few kilometres from the Melbourne CBD.

I’ve just learned they’ve been digging up ancient aboriginal artifacts that suggest this.

I’ve lived with psychics and healers.

And sat with mediums or channels.

I’ve lived with a Reiki Master in New York.

With a Roman Catholic nurse in the north of Italy.

With a Buddhist in the UK.

My lawyer was an Atheist.

I didn’t live with him.

I ran my own freelance copywriting business. in the ’70s

In 1972 I won an award for the best television campaign of the year for a brand of meat pies and donuts.

I was a New Age hippie.

We knew about climate change 50 years ago.

A group of us started a commune on 40 acres north of Melbourne to become self-sufficient and live off the grid.

A year later we’d failed.

I helped launch Animal Liberation here.

Our patron was Peter Singer, who was then Professor of Bioethics at Harvard., and wrote the book ‘Animal Liberation’.

45 years later it’s still active today.

I was the first member of the Permaculture Association.

Which, started by two Tasmanian academics in the late ’70s, today is changing the world

Now there are over one million people certified in Permaculture in over 140 countries with more than 4,000 projects on the ground.

I went bankrupt.

An article I researched and wrote 35 years ago – about the Swiss and Italian gold miners who came to Australia in the 1850s – triggered the launch of a Swiss-Italian Festa which is still running every year today in a local spa resort town.

Their story is in my book here.

I ran a social group called ‘The Springs Whole Health Group’.

We never ran out of guest speakers on healing topics, from ley lines to chemical sensitivity, who I’d enjoy interviewing every month before our next meeting.

Then I would write an article for the local paper which they always published on page 3 or 5.

This while living frugally in an old caravan parked at the end of a street in the spa resort town.

Over 5 years I became known as the man in the van.

I studied many spiritual philosophies.

I studied Religious Experience as an off campus mature age student at Uni –

The Hindu Bhagavad-Gita.

Australian Aboriginal Dreaning.

I practiced Yoga for 50 years from wherever I called home.

Briefly I joined the Theosophical Society in Melbourne, with headquarters in Adyar, India, with the motto ‘There is no religion higher than Truth’.

I met and befriended the Librarian of the Melbourne branch, a Wise Woman, who taught me how and where and why to search for Truth.

Make Waves With Your Thoughts

Thoughts make waves.

Brain waves.

They are generally created when you’re not thinking what you’re thinking.

Which I’m sure is much of the time.

Watching television

Watching a movie.

Playing computer games.

Even chatting.

Something is happening all the time while you’re involved in any mental activity.

Your thoughts are creating waves.

You’re making waves.

Without thinking.

So do your thoughts have consequences.

Do your thoughts get picked up?

Even acted upon?

Just a thought.

Are they creating a world that’s unintentional?

Your innocent thoughts?

“With our thoughts we make the world,” said the Buddha.

Your world?

The world we all live in?

Then are brain waves real?

.Do we ever think about the world we want to have or do we think about what entertains us?

Isn’t the world we have right now pretty much the kind of world we watch for entertainment?

The dramas.

The violent movies.

The war games.

The evening news.

What we chat about.

“Your brain is a bustling hub of electrical activity. This is due to the fact that the cells in your brain, called neurons, use electricity to communicate with each other.

‘”When a group of neurons sends an electrical signal to another group of neurons, we call those brain waves. This is because a computer-generated electroencephalogram (EEG) test that detects and measures the electrical activity in your brain actually creates a picture that looks like a wavelike pattern.

“There are five basic types of brain waves that range from very slow to very fast. Alpha waves fall in the middle of that series of waves. Your brain produces these waves when you’re awake but not really concentrating on any one thing.”

Healthline

Think about it.

What if we’re all helping to create the world with our thoughts.

Our brain waves.

A world we don’t want.

Love and Peace.

My Secret To Staying Young For Zero cost.

When I was 24 I started yoga.

This is not a post about yoga but it’s where I started to stay young.

Because they say we all start to grow old around 30.

There’s another fact we all need to know about staying young.

Most cells in our body, around 98%, are replaced every year.

Every year.

Which means we get a new body, almost, every year.

What if we could have a say in making the new cells better than the old cells.

That we could be sure we get a better body for the old one.

Every year.

Buy my new small book ‘Romancing Your Life. Changing The World’ (104 pages)

I believe the theory that our thoughts can influence the cells in our body.

And that with the nature of our thoughts we can have, in effect, new bodies for old.

Which may have been what I was thinking from the age of 24.

(At the time that was not my intention).

But hey, what if yoga and the natural scientific processes of growing older, have been working to help me stay young.

Except for the price of 10 yoga classes, I’ve simply been using the natural forces of nature.

Which cost me nothing.

I’ve used other strategies throughout my life.

I’ll tell you about them in future posts.

So here’s my biggest tip for this time.

Stop telling yourself you’re getting old.

Or looking old.

Or getting wrinkles.

Keep telling yourself, and thinking, I’m young.

Or I look good.

There’s an untapped power in thought.

And it costs nothing.

Love and Peace.

Change Your Thoughts, Change The World.

The world we have created is a product of our thinking; it can’t be changed without changing our thinking.  — Albert Einstein

The world is created by our thoughts.

So your brain waves are creating the world we’ve got.

“We but mirror the world,” said Mahatma Gandhi.

Your brain waves can be changed.

You can change any situation by your response to it.

In a stressful situation, for example, your response can determine its outcome.

Every action is preceded by a thought and an emotion.

Start with your perception if you plan to rewire it.

So what are you thinking?

Because that’s where we can change the world.

As a force for good.

Consciously.

Let’s consider how this works in the real world.

In your world.

What are you thinking about while watching television?

Playing video games?

Watching the news?

Listening to the radio?

Responding to social media?

Chatting?

Do you know what you’re thinking?

Are you aware of your responses, your emotions, your feelings?

Do you become emotionally involved?

Could your responses be creating the world you don’t want?

“Every thought and emotion has its own vibrational frequency or wave frequency. Quantum mechanics has demonstrated how a wave frequency can be altered. The shape of a wave has peaks and valleys. Energy waves are encoders and carriers of information with an infinite capacity for storage. When you overlay an opposite shaped wave on to an original wave, the original wave is straightened. Essentially you cancel out the characteristics of the original wave by overlaying a new exact opposite set of peaks and valleys on top of it. You change the vibrational frequency.” The Quantum Mechanics Of Changing Thoughts.

When you change your response, you change your experience of the situation.

This single factor has the potential to dramatically alter the course of your life journey.

As a thought form with other like minds, we could rewire the world.

As a force for good.

Think about it.

Love and Peace.

I have something to say.

I heard Erin Brockovich last night say, if you have something important to say, don’t hold back.

Say it.

Well, I have something important to say.

Will you agree with me.

We can change the world by what we think.

And say.

And watch on our screens.

And the video games we play

Because as we watch, play, become involved, we think.

What we think is what we get.

In every moment of our lives we are thinking the state of the world we live in.

As a force for good.

We are our own creators.

“We but mirror the world,” said Mahatma Gandhi.

“This is the Divine mystery supreme,” he added.

We can change the mirror.

What we see is what we get.

We could change the world if we but change the mirror image.

In other words, change the stuff we think about.

We don’t need to go anywhere.

We don’t have to leave home.

We don’t ever need to speak.

Just think.

Thinking makes it so.

How To Talk To Yourself To Be Forever Young.

So here’s my secret to staying forever young..

Keep telling yourself so.

Surely this is the fountain of youth

Thoughts.

It’s the real secret of staying young after you stop being, er, young-ish..

Because whatever you tell your mind, it believes you.

And delivers what you ask.

What you think is what you get.

Your thoughts will create your reality.

Your mind doesn’t discriminate though.

When your thoughts tell you that you’re ill, that’s probably what you’ll get.

If you believe you’re getting old, that’s what you will be.

Old.

Or not young.

It’s what I’ve been doing for half my adult life.

I’ve been using subliminal affirmations.

Sometimes on my computer screen.

Subliminally.

Other times playing audio tracks while writing my book manuscripts or blog posts.

This is me at a nearby animal rescue farm recently.

I’m 84.

People tell me I’m not old.

And I believe it.

I still have an active mind.

But here’s the best part.

Applications tell my mind what to think.

All the ‘forever young’ thinking is done for me.

Which leaves me free to get on with my life.

Without thinking.

Without any effort.

It worked for me and I plan to stay young, inside and outside my body, forever.

Here’s the link to go to the DOWNLOAD PAGE.

Find ANTI-AGING under the HEALTH IMPROVEMENT & SUPPORT category.

Or choose another subliminal program from the 200+ in the catalogue.

There’s everything from ‘Win the Lottery’ to ‘Improve Relationships’.

I recommend these self-improvement tracks.

And all have complete disclosure of the scripts used.

Stay forever young.

Forever.

Love and Oeace.

The Only Way We’re Going To Change The World. Quietly.

One man knew the secret and he changed a country.

He knew the metaphysical secret to achieve this.

And his formula was so simple.

We but mirror the world.”

“This is the Divine mystery supreme,” he adds.

It’s the greatest secret in the world.

Because those five words could change the world.

His name was Mohandas Gandhi.

He’s famous for changing the world for India almost 100 years ago.

But that is only one part of a two-part idea.

The second part is up to the world – us – to make the change first.

I mean, in our small everyday lives.

It’s not a big ask.

It’s just having a more ethical way to approach our own everyday lives.

What if our thoughts create our reality.

Then why not the reality of the world.

Crazy, you say?

Ridiculous?

Unthinkable?

But think about it.

In his famous bestselling book ‘Think & Grow Rich’ author Napoleon Hill wrote as the title of the first chapter of the book ‘Thought Are Things’.

The Buddha is said to have claimed that –

“With our thoughts we make the world.”

I’ve written a new book –

Romancing Your Life & Changing The World’.

It’s a small book full of ethical peaceful wisdom.

Read about it HERE.

Think about how your thoughts can change the world.

Love and Peace.

Neil.

Do You Talk To Yourself?

What if, what if the talk you could tell yourself might be a little more positive than all the other voices you’re hearing every day.

To nudge out the other talk.

Social media.

Text messages,

The news.

Friends.

And of course, yourself.

There’s lots of talk out there, every minute, every hour, every day.

But then, what about you?

Do you ever think that maybe you, yes you, might have something important to say to your self among all the chatter you are getting.

All the time.

What about you.

And then, what are you hearing?

Is it positive?

I’m guessing it may be mostly negative.

About you.

About the world.

Let’s stop it.

Why not take control of the quality of what you’re having directed at you every day.

At your mind.

Because what you think is going to be what you’ll get.

Maybe what you’re telling yourself – and what everyone else is telling you – is creating your life.

So the question is:

What about talking to yourself.

What about changing your thoughts to what you really want to know.

Like from negative to positive.

For example, to success, prosperity, healthier, more loveable.

I know a way you can talk to yourself.

So what do you want?

Prosperity?

Health?

To be more loveable?

Take your pick.

I know where you can find the very thoughts that you would prefer to be thinking.

Thoughts you can play that talk the kind of thoughts you would like to hear.

To replace those thoughts you’d prefer not to hear.

Then choose for your self exactly what you’d prefer to hear.

Instead of all those voices you’d prefer not.

I’ve used such programs for years.

For me they work.

You really can choose the talk you talk to yourself.

Success, prosperity, health, loveableness.

This one is for finding success (RIGHT HERE).

Go for it.

Love and Peace.

Neil

Stop Forcing Things

Who was it that said, “Show me someone who has made mistakes and I’ll show you a person who’s lived.”

Something like that.

And that’s me.

And that’s what I want to talk about.

Living and learning.

This is not only a school, it’s a life.

Once it’s gone then it’s too late.

So please, live and learn before it’s too late.

Stop forcing things.

People say, what about “squeaking hinges”?

What about making noise to get heard?

Forcing things.

And I reply, “choose without forcing it”.

Could that be why the long-held spiritual notion of a rejection of wealth, something I lost when I went bankrupt, bobs up in religious ideas over history.

Because with money we force things.

Without it we can’t.

And therein lies a great spiritual Truth.

Without the benefit of wealth we are unable to force life to go the way we would like.

Then we’re open to our Destiny to take us where we might want to go.

Going with the flow rather than with our will.

Maybe we need to save the use of our will for other purposes.

Like healing of ourselves, and others.

You might be asking, but what about this, what about that, for example, what about the Law of Attraction?

There are many influences contributing to our choices, our actions, our lives.

There might be our Destiny, our Karma, the Law of Attraction, the intensity of our thoughts, past life memory, the influence of the issues in our lives, our habits, even our television watching habits and the emotional involvement in what we watch.

What if we were a Romeo waiting for our Juliet, a Guinevere waiting for our Lancelot, to turn up in this life?

Are we going to blow it by settling for someone we’ve forced to be our partner too soon?

What if?

There is surely a priority of the thoughts and influences in our lives depending the intensity and the degree to which each is important.

I’ve always thought that the recent talk of the Law of Attraction is only relevant so far as other influences which are in our mental make-up at the time are more important.

For example, are there aspects of our Destiny or our Karma that might override any forcing we set up as our expectation of the Law of Attraction.

And choices.

We’re free to make choices all the time.

That’s free will.

Are our chances of winning the lottery diminished by aspects to the contrary in our Karma or our Destiny or simply in our need to win the lottery over other considerations.

Are we always simply in the queue?

It’s a mix, like a cake.

Priorities are determined more by their importance on a spiritual level than our own sense of importance.

Much of which we may not understand.

It’s not either/or.

In the Tao it’s known as “wu wei”, not forcing things.

For the past 30 years I’ve lived by not forcing things.

I had no choice.

I was bankrupt.

I chose to go with the flow.

I was not prepared to be a victim.

And it worked.

Read more in my book ‘Man Steps Off Planet’.

It’s about how not forcing things led to incredible adventures and a life far beyond one of loss and poverty.

That would be missing the point.

Maybe it will change your life like it changed mine.

I was once an advertising copywriter and my book was a product of survival after losing everything.

Buy the book and improve your life like I did.

Best wishes.

3 Secrets Of Staying Young.

I started my plan to stay young at the age of 24 when I enrolled in the first full-time yoga school in Australia, the Gita School of Yoga.

Ever since I have practiced the 10 chakra asanas (positions) I learned every day without fail for the next 50 years.

So this is the basis of my first secret to staying young.

Secret 1. Take care of your body.

Learn the basic yoga positions and perform them every morning, like the first thing you do on getting out of bed so it becomes routine. Search ‘Chakra Yoga’.

Do muscle stretching daily with gentle exercises, for me it was mostly lying on the mat, to strengthen the muscles that support your spine and lower back. Search Callan Pinkney books or videos.

Buy an electric massage chair. Everyone should have one. Even to relax your body after mowing the lawn, it’s magical. Get the vibration type not the roller type.

Walk. I lost my car when my business and I went bankrupt 30 years ago and I’ve walked everywhere since.

At that time I was having trouble with my lower back and my legs, which caused me to take up the muscle stretching and persist with the yoga.

Two years ago I was diagnosed with lumbar canal stenosis which I believe had been kept at bay for those 28 years by my exercise program.

Still, they told me I’d never walk again and would be wheelchair bound for the rest of my life; well I’m still walking (with the help of a support) and there’s no wheelchair in sight.

Whatever you do, keep moving.

Secret 2. Keep your mind active.

I’ve written and self-published 5 books in the last 20 years. They’re not novels as everyone expects them to be. They’re non-fiction, about what I’ve learned about life (just like this blog post).

I write and publish a blog post every weekend.

I also post to my Twitter timeline and to 30 Facebook Fan Pages once a week at least.

I’m thinking about writing my next book.

I meditate once a week with a group of people under a teacher.

Secret 3. Your thoughts create your reality.

Think young. Think well.

You are not the statistic that represents the number of times the Earth has travelled around the Sun since you were born.

For this reason I’m not going to tell you my age.

But when I turned 50 I was so horrified that I decided to always be 49. Which is my true age today.

Think about it.

I invite you to visit my Author Page listing all of my books, where you can read more or order your copy of any of them online.

Best wishes,

Neil
