How To Talk To Yourself To Be Forever Young.

So here’s my secret to staying forever young..

Keep telling yourself so.

Surely this is the fountain of youth

Thoughts.

It’s the real secret of staying young after you stop being, er, young-ish..

Because whatever you tell your mind, it believes you.

And delivers what you ask.

What you think is what you get.

Your thoughts will create your reality.

Your mind doesn’t discriminate though.

When your thoughts tell you that you’re ill, that’s probably what you’ll get.

If you believe you’re getting old, that’s what you will be.

Old.

Or not young.

It’s what I’ve been doing for half my adult life.

I’ve been using subliminal affirmations.

Sometimes on my computer screen.

Subliminally.

Other times playing audio tracks while writing my book manuscripts or blog posts.

This is me at a nearby animal rescue farm recently.

I’m 84.

People tell me I’m not old.

And I believe it.

I still have an active mind.

But here’s the best part.

Applications tell my mind what to think.

All the ‘forever young’ thinking is done for me.

Which leaves me free to get on with my life.

Without thinking.

Without any effort.

It worked for me and I plan to stay young, inside and outside my body, forever.

Find ANTI-AGING under the HEALTH IMPROVEMENT & SUPPORT category.

Or choose another subliminal program from the 200+ in the catalogue.

There’s everything from ‘Win the Lottery’ to ‘Improve Relationships’.

I recommend these self-improvement tracks.

And all have complete disclosure of the scripts used.

Stay forever young.

Forever.

Love and Oeace.

Do You Want To Defeat Old Age?

I was in a public hospital ward with a group of other men discussing their prostate problems.

“I’ve heard about alternative methods to defeat prostate problems,” said one indicating that he’d never heard of it until It was too late.

I think it would have been too late for the others too.

I had.

A few years earlier my GP had advised me to have an autopsy.

I knew I had a prostate problem.

I thought, no way.

I declined his offer and decided to educate myself on the issue before agreeing to surgery.

I found a book by a man who had overcome his serious prostate condition with alternative therapies.

I threw myself into six months of all the alternative therapies I knew.

Supplements. Reflexology. Reiki. Aromatherapy. Affirmations. Yoga. Chakra balancing. Diet.

After six months my prostate problems had gone.

To this day it’s not an issue.

I was left feeling so sad for those aged men who believed in what they had been told.

Without questioning it.

Not even thinking there might have been an alternative.

Today I’m experiencing much the same.

A year ago I had a stroke following a Covid vaccination.

I was hit on my right side.

Couldn’t move my right arm and leg.

So I couldn’t walk.

Now twelve months later I’m fighting back.

I can use my right arm and I’m learning to walk again.

Now I can go out for coffee with my daughters in their car.

I’m overcoming a stroke which, I’m told, old people just don’t do.

What is my secret?

Make an effort.

Do the exercises.

Use my mind.

Will power.

We all have it.

Using our mind is, hands down, the best alternative therapy.

I’ve learned that alone will keep you young.

From experience.

Stay healthy and keep using your mind.

Even while you’re still young.

Love and Peace.

What Happens To Your Thoughts?

What are you thinking right now?

Is it what you did last night?

Your many problems?

Your money worries?

Is it what you found disturbing on the news this morning?

Or the night before?

Maybe the movie you watched last night.

Or all of the above.

But what no-one is telling us is that we all may be getting the very thoughts on our minds, good or bad, without knowing it.

In our daily lives.

In the world.

What if our thoughts create our reality.

All of them.

“With our thoughts we make the world,” said the Buddha.

Pretty outrageous.

But what if it’s true.

“Thoughts are things,” was the title of the first chapter in Napoleon Hill’s famous world bestselling book ‘Think & Grow Rich.’

It was a very materialistic book about how our thoughts can make us rich.

And I would add, or poor, or sick, or unhappy, or anything we might think at any time.

Doesn’t that make you think?

Aren’t we all a little alarmed at the world right now?

I am.

Which makes me want to shout out to the world:

“What on earth have we all been thinking?”

Do you agree?

Think about it.

Like and follow my blog to show you agree.

Best wishes,

Neil.
